Cheers the vitality cocktail
2 ‘Tea-spoon’ of powdered protein
1 ‘Tea-spoon’ of granular lecithin
1 Large banana (or guava or mango)
1 Raw egg
2 Cups of low-fat or skimmed milk (Soya milk works too)
Pour all the ingredients into a blender and served chilled it is actually delicious!
